Michael Tierney

Mr. Tierney has served as a director since February 2001. Since 2008, Mr. Tierney has been a director and principal shareholder of Kubanbank and is also a co-founder and officer of Dramatic Health, Inc. From 2001 through 2007, Mr. Tierney was the chief executive officer of Seneca Investments LLC. Prior to Seneca, Mr. Tierney was a senior executive with Omnicom Group, Inc. and an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, Stamford Company, and Ecoban Finance Ltd.

Mr. Tierney holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maryland and a law degree from the University of Chicago.
