FRANCE - 2008 is Exceptional Year for Taleo France
Perfect 10/10: Taleo's Talent Management Solutions Tapped by Ten Leading Regional Businesses in 2008 to Tune Their Teams for the EconomyParis – 23 February 2009 – Taleo, the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, today announced significant momentum in customer demand and adoption for its products in France. 2008 sales in France were the strongest since Taleo opened its offices here in Paris, in 2001. Due to increasing customer demand for its solutions to better identify, hire and retain key staff, Taleo surpassed its local growth objectives by more than 30%.
During 2008, the company signed ten new reference clients including Alstom, Air France, Bouygues Construction, Groupe Bic, Groupe Eiffage, PwC France, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Renault, Swift and Veolia Environnement, bringing its market share of the French CAC 40 up to 30%.
In addition to continuing momentum for the company’s core recruiting products, businesses in France also responded well to Taleo’s newest product offering, Taleo Performance. Renault and Groupe Bic, two big names in the French industry, are among leading businesses worldwide to choose Taleo’s latest solution for managing employee competencies, evaluations, goals, career planning, succession planning and high-potential employees.
