Kevin Scott, Bank of Montreal VP, Named Canada's Outstanding E-Recruiting Executive

Recruitsoft and the IQPC Present Award Recognize Outstanding Commitment to E-Recruiting

To be considered for the award, candidates were asked to complete an on-line pre-selection questionnaire, powered by Recruitsoft, to detail their commitment to implementing new information technologies, and demonstrate their innovation in recognizing the strategic value of e-recruitment within their organization and the business world in general. In addition, HR professionals were required to submit a short document outlining all e-recruiting initiatives. As the winning candidate, Scott most effectively demonstrated his initiative, innovative thinking, and strong leadership skills in the area of e-recruiting.

As a champion of e-recruiting within the Bank of Montreal, Scott has been working toward implementing a hiring management system that will integrate and automate the corporate recruiting process across BMO’s North American operations. Scott was integral in establishing Bank of Montreal’s Strategic Staffing Services departments with a mandate to use technology to automate its internal recruiting process, locate and hire the most qualified candidates, and track and analyze the results.
