Bundles and Packets
Taleo OnBoard enables your HR department to package documents into bundles. These bundles are delivered to new hires as packets. So when an employee with standard needs is brought onboard, a standard package is delivered. An executive officer, an IT professional, an administrative assistant, and a maintenance professional might all receive unique packets.
OnBoard also enables eSignature, so employees can receive and authorize documents online or via email without wasting paper, ink, or time.
Processes and Accountability
How many potential tasks and processes are involved in bringing a new employee onboard, depending on that employee's position, role, and location?
